AccuSpec Property Inspection reports are
presented in a narrative format that is easy to read and easy to
understand.
The first part of the report is a "Summary" of the more significant "reportable conditions" discovered during the inspection, among them any Health and Safety issues. These "conditions" are usually discussed in greater detail in the body of the report. The report itself is a comprehensive narrative presentation of the physical condition of the property and its improvements as a whole, from the top of the roof, to the foundation, to the exterior grading and drainage. Our computerized inspection library covers literally hundreds of items, assuring You that virtually nothing is overlooked. In addition to informing you of systems or conditions that need attention, the report also provides comprehensive descriptive information about the many operating systems of a property such as plumbing, electrical, heating and air conditioning systems. The average size home (2250 Sq. Ft.) takes between 2 and 2˝ hours to inspect. We feel that any less time spent can seriously compromise the quality of the inspection. (Allow approx. 30 minutes for each additional 500 sq. Ft.) |
